What is Rainly?
It’s a weather web app I built that is responsive in desktop and mobile. This app was not built as part of a course, and is entirely custom.
What’s special about Rainly?
When it comes to weather, you may only care if it’s raining. If it’s raining you may need to cancel plans. The problem is many weather apps overwhelm you with information. This means you waste time finding out if it’s raining. Rainly tells you right away whether it’s raining - saving you time.
How was Rainly built?
Rainly began as a Figma mockup I created. I then coded the app from scratch using multiple APIS, and a database.
